Unfortunately due to the personal nature of the products we sell, we cannot offer returns, so make sure you are certain about what you want before you place your order. On occasion, mistakes happen (wrong colours shipped, damages during transit). We're only human, not perfect. So, if your product is defective in manufacture or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct the problem. If you've made a mistake in ordering, send us an email right away. There is always a short delay before we start to process your order and we can usually correct the error (address error, colour change, Tibetan-style versus Zen-style zafu, etc.) before the order is shipped.
