You sit slightly higher with this cushion - there are no side pleats so the hulls don't expand outwards as much. We don't think you'll find a better meditation cushion anywhere. This is a variation of our popular zafu (meditation cushion) used in meditation centers and temples around the world. It has all of the same features as our Zen-Style Zafu, but without the expansion pleats. Available in many different fabric colours, and generously filled with buckwheat hulls. And best of all, it's Canadian made!
